Thank you for shopping with KYAOS. We’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver your purchases from [www.kyaos.in] (“Website”).

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking ID.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship Across India through trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, Local or India Post.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Non-metro & remote areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, courier delays, holidays, etc.).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹2500.

  • A nominal fee of ₹99 applies to orders below that value.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. 

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. KYAOS is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Delays or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our support team at support@kyaos.in with your order number. We will assist you promptly in resolving the issue with our courier partners.

8. Multiple Shipments

In cases where some items are out of stock or shipped from different warehouses, your order may be delivered in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking details for each.

9. Undelivered or Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or refusal at the doorstep, we may deduct shipping and handling fees from your refund (if applicable).
