At KYAOS, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece is made to reflect individuality and comfort. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the order.
Items purchased during sale, discount, or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our support team at support@kyaos.com with the following details:

Reason for return
Photos of the item (if defective or damaged)
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We offer size exchanges for the same product if available in stock.
Exchanges are processed only after we receive the returned item in original condition.
If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective, wrong, or damaged product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund once verified.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may still return the product after delivery under our return policy.
Prepaid order cancellations (before shipping) will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

8. Return Shipping
For approved returns due to size issues or customer preference, the buyer bears the return shipping cost.
For damaged, wrong, or defective products, KYAOS covers the return shipping fee.
